You just bring your gun and ammo—we handle the blinds, decoys, calling, and all the know-how. Whether you’re a first-timer or a lifelong hunter, you’re in for a down-to-earth, unforgettable morning in the rice field blinds.

Kick back and relax in our cozy 8-bed green-and-yellow house, right in Cow Island, LA. Simple, comfortable, and full of charm. Plenty of room for friends and family, and all the down-home Louisiana vibes you could ask for.

Our Story
Down here at Mouton’s Hunting Club, we’ve been chasin’ ducks and makin’ memories in the rice fields for over 25 years. This place ain’t fancy—just good land, good hunts, and good people. That’s how we like it, and that’s how our hunters like it too.
Our guides are true South Louisiana folks through and through—laid-back, easy to laugh with, and always ready to talk hunting, food, weather, or whatever else comes up in the blind. You’ll hear a few stories, maybe learn a trick your grandpa never told you, and you’ll definitely walk away feeling like you spent the morning with old friends.

What we offer is the real Cajun experience: early mornings in the blind, coffee that hits just right, ducks overhead, and guides who treat you like family. When you hunt with us, you ain’t just booking a trip—you’re joining the Mouton’s crew.
